Walk to Greer's grocery store stocked with a casual restaurant and bar, as well as Nova Espresso coffee shop also serving food, juices, and cold beer. Main entrance is around the side yard leading to a private porch and dedicated entrance. As you enter the lower unit, you will be in the hallway separating the back bedroom, bathroom, and living area. The kitchen is through the living area as well as the front large main bedroom with bay window. You will have access to the entire downstairs unit and the private porch. Easy walkability to Dauphin Street and this is a super quiet neighborhood! The kitchen could use some improvements but we didn't use it much so it had no effect on our stay. ##### Daniel H. Home was very clean and as described. Adorable, older home. Heater did not seem to reach the bedrooms and it got super chilly on first night. Love the layout, furniture and the style of the house. It is a great location to downtown. It is close to coffee shops, restaurants and a small grocery store.
