We loved having room for our group to spread out vs. being stuck in cramped hotel rooms. We also loved having a kitchen. It was not as well equipped as I would have liked and ended up buying a few things to donate to the kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Showers needed to be cleaned and the drains were pretty gross and a bit backed up. I brought my own bleach wipes, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper and was glad for it since these things were not included. The only knock was we could not watch the game on television because the cable was not working and we could not get the DVD player or tv to hook up to the internet to watch netflix. But that was a minor problem becaue we did not go to moab to watch tv anyway.
