Please be advised, that during heavy rain four wheel drive may be necessary and not recommended for low clearance cars. Units are not heated. Please plan to show up before dark for the best experience and ease of finding the location. Experience the Southwest in a secluded & peaceful part of SE Utah. South of Moab, Canyon Lands & Arches National Park. North of Monument Valley. Watch amazing stars and sunsets above the crowds and heat of Moab below. Enjoy the views from the Hilltop School Bus, camp in a secluded area a short walk to the community area. All the basics including water, limited solar power, lights and a private campfire pit, fire wood available on site at no cost. There is room to set up a tent in front of your unit. Community Area: -Outdoor Shower \*Solar hot water -Dry toilet -Fire pit -Kitchenette -2 beds \* blankets/linens Included. Please don't book unless you have read the complete listing. 2 miles down a BUMPY dirt road, not recommended for low clearance or sports cars. Other things to note You will likely be greeted by three friendly dogs, the collie is Roxy The healer is Cortez, and the brindle is River. Cortez and Roxy are still a puppies and tend to jump up on you though they are learning. Feel free to be firm if they jump. Guest access Be prepared for all weather possibilities. It is recommended to bring an all wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle, or at least front wheel-drive prepared with snow chains. If you get stuck we cannot help. Please know where your tow hook is located to be properly prepared. \*DIRT road conditions may be bumpy. DRIVE SLOW and AVOID 'high centers'. If muddy from rain or snow, AVOID puddles & KEEP MOVING! Great location! Super-cute, clean teardrop trailer parked in the perfect location! Stayed dry and cozy when it rained. Great outdoor kitchen and clean outhouse/shower. Fun solar lighting. Even wifi! Also great location to drive to Recapture Reservoir, Moab, Arches National Park, or even Colorado! Interesting property to explore too. Even though the owner was out of town, he made sure to stay in contact and was readily available for any questions. I hope to stay again! My little dog loved it too! Thanks, Joe! The owner was unprofessional and unkind to my daughter therefore I left that night and booked a hotel in Moab instead. I’ve used Expedia for a long time and I was very disappointed to find such an establishment being promoted by this company.
