The basement is divided into: a bedroom, a living room (fireplace), kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, bathroom with tub and shower. Upstairs: a guest toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (can also be set individually 2x 90 x 200 cm) and an open living area (fold-out sofa bed) with a clear view of the field. The house stands on a large plot (5000m²) in an idyllic secluded location with a view over the fields and meadows. At the house there is a large garden (2000m² sole use) for our guests with a large terrace incl. Teak furniture and barbecue area, campfire site right in front of the terrace. There is also a small herb corner for you to cook. The old fruit trees in the garden invite you to harvest them yourself. Small and large guests are welcome with us, sandpit, swing, nest swing, balance beam, soccer goal, basketball hoop, table tennis table, hammock, toddler bed, high chair, stair gate, 2 bicycles 1 child bike seat up to max. 20 kg, board games and books are available and free to use. Parking spaces (carport) are free of charge on the property. Spend your vacation with a nice campfire, ideal for stick bread, and listen to the concert of the frogs or at a cozy evening in the fireplace with a glass of wine. Explore nature with its numerous waters by bike, or take a boat trip on the lake, 2.5 km away, ideal for fishing and swimming. Boat (with or without an electric motor, for a fee) and bicycles (two, free of charge) can be borrowed. In the village there is a riding facility (riding stable in about 3.5 km from the holiday home), z. B. can your children also experience their riding holidays there? Would you prefer to enjoy the peace and quiet? Then you can register your child there as a day child You bring your child there in the morning, relax in the Uckermark holiday house and listen to the peace and quiet. You can pick up your child in the late afternoon. (only in the holiday season of Berlin and Brandenburg, and free places, possibly on weekends) You can also go fishing, swimming, diving, hiking, nordic walking, picking mushrooms. Tennis, mini golf and billiards as well as a small swimming pool and a 2000m ² indoor playground are approx. 2km away. Truck rides and carriage rides can also be undertaken. Visit the western town or drive a trolley. Karting track, Schorfheide wildlife park, climbing garden, fairy tale forest, 1km barefoot path, boat lift, invite you to go on an excursion. Moated castle, monastery ruins, monastery mill, castles and palaces can be discovered in the surrounding area. Fahradwege in und um Mittenwalde gibt es (noch) nicht so richtig, jedoch sind die Straßen eher wenig befahren. Die etwas versteckte Badestelle in Miwa und die in den Nachbarorten sind einen Besuch wert. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Im nahen Templin, wo es gute Radwege gibt, gibt es auch mehrere Seen, die zu einer Radumrundung einladen, Schifffahrt und Badestellen sowieso. ##### Maik W. Das Grundstück ist riesig und jeder kann sich hier voll austoben. Auch die Großen! Die große Terrasse mit dem Eckgrill lädt zum Verweilen ein, den Sandkasten hat man gut im Blick und die Großen können um die Ecke auf der Wiese toben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - es ist alles zu finden was man so baucht. Allerdings ist es dort bei voller Belegung (wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) ganz schön eng. Ebenfalls eng wird es im Wohnzimmer. Platz ist schon genug, nur mangelt es an gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wenn man Pech mit dem Wetter hat und viel drin bleiben muß, dann wird das zum Problem. Wir hatten aber trotzdem einen super Kurzurlaub, haben alle Möglichkeiten voll ausgenutzt. Frau Schmidt - quasi Vermittlerin - ist voll nett und wohl auch jederzeit erreichbar. Fazit - diese Ferienwohnung kann ich Familien mit Kindern nur wärmstens ans Herz legen! Im sehr gemütlich eingerichteten Haus konnte sie beim Kaminfeuer immer etwas spielen, bei Sonnenschein hat sie die Spielgeräte auf dem sehr gepflegten Grundstück ausprobiert und wir haben mit den bereitgestellten Rädern auch kleine Runden gedreht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Also klare Empfehlung für die, denen Ruhe Erholung bedeutet. Achim Fischer ##### Achim F. Das Grundstück ist groß und hat viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, auch findet man dort immer irgendwo ein schattiges Plätzchen. Lediglich das Wohnzimmer hat mit einem kleinen Sofa ein bisschen zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten wenn man wie wir mit 6 Erwachsenen da ist. Und heutzutage wäre WLAN schon schön. Die nächst größeren Orte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Terrasse lädt zum grillen ein,eine Feuerschale um abends gemütlich am Feuer zu sitzen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. ##### Thomas F.
