Мы жили в квартире на Немига 6. Квартира расположена близко к центру. Но состояние квартиры далеко не новое: пошарпанная мебель, старая сантехника, грязная душевая кабина. У тех же арендадателей есть варианты гораздо лучше (останавливались 2 года назад).

Private Apartments in different city locations

I was quite disappointed, as when I arrived (quite late, around 11pm) turned out it's not a hotel next to the train station (as it's shown in the description Leningradskaya 5) , but a small office "apartments for one night" where you can get a key from the apartment elsewhere in the city. The only reason I've booked it to be close to the train station, as I was leaving early morning.. I've explained this to the staff (who at first was trying to give me a key from the apartment in totally different neighborhood) and finally I've got an apartment located in the city center ,but still required an underground ride and then a 10 min walk (which was not pleasant with a suitcase, in the middle of the night, in -15). The apartment itself was clean and ok for the price, but the old building was very noisy (exhaust system was making strange noises all night) and party upstairs was on till early morning. Overall not very nice stay..

Customer service good

The apartment was situated in a side building which smelt really bad of cat wee and had no lights. As we arrived after midnight it was extremely difficult to find, however a local person called the hotel and the administration gentleman came and met us at the McDonald's which was helpful. After trying to find our way up 4 flights of stairs in the dark, we thought the apartment overall wasn't too bad, we had a double sofa bed, clean kitchen and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and they arranged a taxi for us back to the airport at a slightly reduced cost. One day was ample in the city. Given the option again, we wouldn't stay here.

レセプションとホテルの部屋が別

騙されないでください。レセプションとホテルの部屋が全然違うところにあります。レセプションは駅の近くですが、実際に泊まる部屋はメトロで３駅離れたところにあります。エクスペディアのサイトでの説明でもっとわかるようにかいておくことと、実際に泊まる部屋の場所はあらかじめ書いておくべきです。それでこの値段は高すぎます。

The location is GREAT! However, the furnishings of the apartment is poor and in need of upgrade. One of the beds was broken. It can't be fixed and needs replacement. None of the TV remote controls had batteries.

Хороший отдых

Проживали в квартире всего одну ночь, но понравилось все и девочки на ресепшене (очень внимательные и вежливые), и расположение(недалеко от ж/д и авто вокзалов),и сама квартира( чистая,теплая, все необходимое есть).Потом улетели в Португалию - не хватало там этой квартиры. Спасибо большое всем, что делайте людям хороший отдых, ведь очень многое зависит от условий проживания.Приедем В Минск обязательно у вас забронируем квартиру.

リンク地図がいい加減だったので要再Check

最近はやりの民泊で宿泊先は離れた別のところです。 事務所は結局駅前のLeningradskaya Streetでしたが、予約サイトのリンク地図がいい加減だったので 自分で下調べしました。 しかしLenina通りと誤ってCheckしてしまい、グーグルマップでもMaps.meでも検索できず、寒い中 辿り着くまで２時間くらいロスしてしまいました。 （駅前の大きな地図にキリル文字のアルファベット順に通り名が整理されており調べられ助かりました。） 実際のの宿泊した先は地下鉄で少し行ったPioska Jakuba Kolasa駅のすぐそばで４０ｍ２程度の１DK、 近くにｽｰﾊﾟｰもありコストパフォーマンスはよかったです。

Lage des Hotels wird falsch angegeben

Die Lage des Hotels wird bei Expedia nicht korrekt dargestellt! Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum, sondern außerhalb. Von der nächsten U-Bahn Haltestelle sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Schwer zu finden, selbst der Taxifahrer konnte das Gebäude zunächst nicht finden. Unterkunft befindet sich in einer großen, neuen Wohnsiedlung. Unterkunft an sich in Ordnung, Bilder jedoch schöner als es tatsächlich ist. Etwas herunter gekommen. Mitarbeiter im Büro (befindet sich im Stadtzentrum) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sprechen auch Englisch

Daire çok güvenli ve temiz. muhitte çok iyi. daireyi kiraya verenler sizinle gelip daireyi yerinde teslim etmiyorlar. anahtarı ofiste teslim ediyorlar ve kendiniz daireyi bulup kullanmaya başlıyorsunuz.

Güvenilir fakat organizasyon eksikleri çok fazla

Oda çok merkezi yerdeydi. tren istasyonunun hemen karşı sokağında. odayı ofisten alıp adresi sonra kendiniz buluyorsunuz. ofiste çalışanlar ya az İngilizce biliyor yada hiç bilmiyorlar. adresi söylüyorlar yazıp veriyorlar odayı kendiniz buluyorsunuz. bu oda için oda temiz ve düzenli fakat bina girişi çok kötüydü. merdiven girişinde tek bir lamba yoktu. duvarlara çarpa çarpa yukarı çıkarken yukarda bulduğum bir anahtarla ışığı yakabildim. giriş mezbelelik gibi odaya girince ise herşey fotoda görüldüğü gibiydi. güvenilir bir ofis fakat geri kalan herşeyi kendiniz hallediyorsunuz. adresi bulsanız dahi binalarda 4-6-8 girişli merdivenler var. hangisi sizin dairenize gidiyor yeterince açıklama yapmadıklarından uğraşıyorsunuz.
