Beautiful newer hotel with nice fixtures and stylish furniture. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken however and the water pressure was terrible. My bigger complaint was the thick foamy lumpy pillows which could not be swapped out for a feather/down pillow because there were none on site to accommodate those who asked. The hotel staff proudly declared they are feather free and became defensive when I mentioned the uncomfortable pillows- they even went so far as to claim how many compliments they receive on the bedding, including pillows, which I find hard to believe. I and a few other guests couldn’t sleep well since the pile was so high and side or back sleeping still ruined your neck. The food from the variety of on site venues was very average and didn’t match the luxe decor and pricing at this hotel. The gym was very very nice and the outdoor pool area looked beautiful.

Appartement immense et impeccable - bien situé

Checking awful.we were not registered. I booked a room premium with balcony. Room dark up the ski store rental with no view and no balcony.the worst room in the hotel i guess.when we check out they charged the 2 nights!! Forget the check in team at aspen st regis.
