It was the perfect retreat after many days on our feet. The facilities are spotless and the property itself is gorgeous. Beyond the tranquility and picturesque surroundings, the warm, kind, and attentive staff made our stay all the more pleasant and relaxing. They made sure to arrange for transport to and from the hotel and planned an excursion for guests to the main area of Kurokawa Onsen. They also went above and beyond to accommodate our challenging dietary restrictions and made sure we always had a delicious selection of dishes during meals, which elevated the experience. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The property and area are beautiful. We booked a room with a private bath to add to the luxury. The whole experience in this onsen hotel is PERFECT! We were greeted by friendly staff when our car just entreated the hotel area, and we were served with hot matcha and tasted snacks. Staff has been very friendly and helpful with great hospitality. The onsen resort only got a few rooms, which provided privacy and calmness. You can use the onsen at the other sister hotel as well. Food was really nice. Private onsen was available inside your house as well.
