Take it easy at this unique & cozy getaway, completely private with it's own entrance. Minutes away from Delaware beaches, Tangier Outlets (tax free shopping) and Plantation Lakes Golf & Country Club.
Large bedroom w/king, private bath, efficiency kitchen and seating area! Kitchenette has Coffee maker, efficiency fridge, & Air fryer.
This is a perfect getaway for a couple & there is a pack n play for the baby! Longer stays avail for work, located near many local hospitals (pls message if interested).
The private bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette have been renovated to have the perfect getaway experience with an affordable budget! There is private access and is completely separate for guests. There is a deck with seating to sit and enjoy the nice weather! All rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.
Other things to note
There is ample parking spaces for 1 to 2 cars near the front porch, on the property in the driveway. Follow the front paver sidewalk around the side of the house, the entrance will be at the top of the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Perfect For Us
This is my third time renting this apartment. The location is perfect for our needs. The bed is very comfortable and the small kitchen is perfect for what we needed. The owner is wonderful and communication with her is great. This will always be my preferred location to stay when I visit Delaware!

Passing through from NY to NC
We wanted to take our time and spend a day or 2 in DE on our way to NC. This place is centrally located. Very clean. The bed!!!! ... so comfy, I would rent this again just for another night sleep in that bed. The place is well stocked with anything you may need or have forgotten

Charming and relaxing stay
We were in town for a wedding in the area and this was the perfect place to return to every night. Such a little gem. Bigger than expected and loved the outside seating area also. Gorgeous and clean property. Would definitely stay again!

A real gem! I love how the deeper you drive into Delaware from the coast, you find these lil gem of towns. This cute little upstairs cottage is no exception. At night, sitting on the deck, watching the sunset, listening to the birds...it was idyllic. Closest beach was Bethany. OC and Dewey were about 35-40 mins.

Michelle was amazing and even shared some beach supplies. The neighborhood is great and her neighbor was so helpful when Michelle was at work! Michelle was very communicative, her place was clean and it was a great, safe location. Perfect to get away but be near beaches and shopping. Would absolutely stay with her again!

The property has a unique in-town local feel and is close to the beach.
I would like to have had a microwave in the unit. And an issue, the heating and cooling can not be controlled in the unit. The guest must contact the owner to adjust the temperature in the unit.

This cozy apartment was perfect for our stay. Most comfortable bed I’ve had in a rental. Michelle was very nice and responded right away when I had questions. Without a doubt the best VRBO I have ever stayed at! Hoping it is available the next time I need to go to Delaware!
