The location is great to get to the beach, pool or paradise grill. Having a golf cart made traveling around pot nets very easy. The only negative things we would say is that the house could have been cleaner when we arrived. We also had to have the previous guests trash outside full in the trash bins until that Tuesday, so we couldn’t put our trash out. The house was very clean and well decorated. The open sitting area was a great place to relax. This seems like a great place to come during warmer months, especially if you’re going to be boating. The included golf cart is a nice touch. I had to take it for a test drive even though it was cold and rainy our entire stay. Like others have said, the internet is not reliable. We had no problem connecting to the wifi in the house, but half the time it did not have any connection to the internet. I was able to use my phone as a hotspot. Hopefully this gets figured out, but it is something to be aware of if reliable internet is an important part of your stay. ##### Jonathan R.
