The hotel is beautiful but the staff leaves much to be desired. We got 2 rooms for 6 nights, spent money at the restaurant, overnight parking, room service, and yet they refused to ship a small item we left behind (housekeeping took it by mistake) unless we paid a $25 shipping fee. I’m disappointed by their poor customer service at the front desk. All other staff was good.

Very unique hotel, rooms are very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Bar area was big and spread out for privacy. Only complaint is no access to ice. Has to brought to you from staff.

"Fabulous cabin. All the essentials plus many thoughtful additions. Carl created beautiful woodwork that is both visually appealing as well as functional. We enjoyed the front porch lounges with the wooded landscape and fairy lights. Unfortunately, it was too warm for the firepit. Maybe next ..."
