Living Room: A spacious and airy area, flooded with natural light thanks to the large windows. It’s the ideal place to relax, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a dedicated dining area, and a state-of-the-art SMART TV.

Separate Kitchen: Modern and functional, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet every culinary need. It features an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and a complete set of kitchen utensils—perfect for preparing breakfast or a full dinner.

Sleeping Area: An intimate and quiet space designed for restful sleep. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a spacious closet, and a large boho-chic mirror that adds character and depth to the room.

Guest Access
To ensure maximum security and in compliance with current regulations in the City of Milan, you are required to check in person at our office. Once you have completed the in-person check-in, you will be provided with digital keys to access the property.
Our office is open every day.
Please pay attention to a few basic rules to ensure a smooth stay:

Wi-Fi Connection: It is strictly prohibited to unplug the Wi-Fi router. The router manages the access system: turning it off would make it impossible to enter the apartment.

Key Management: If the original keys are lost, a penalty of 100 euros will be charged to restore the lock’s security.

Check-in (15:00 - 21:00): We kindly ask that you adhere to the specified time slot and promptly notify us via chat of any early arrivals or delays.

Late Check-in: For arrivals after 9:00 PM, there is a 50-euro surcharge. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM; after that time, access will not be possible.

Check-out and Delays: Check-out must take place by the scheduled time. Any unapproved delays will result in a penalty of 15 euros for each additional hour, which will be formally charged through the platform.

Compliance with the house rules is essential to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests; any serious violations will be subject to penalties.
