The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is divided into:

-Living Area: a spacious and bright room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed and a TV.

-Kitchen: fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals.
Amenities include: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, sink, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, pans, glasses, plates, cutlery, and a dining table.

-Bedroom: spacious and cozy, with a double bed, a desk where you can study or work in complete peace, and a spacious closet to store your personal belongings.

-Bathroom: modern and fully equipped, featuring a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer, washing machine (free to use), and complimentary toiletries.

-Private Balcony: the ideal spot to start your day with a good cup of coffee or to relax outdoors with friends.

In-person identification is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we’ll provide you with the digital keys.

*A €100 FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU LOSE THE APARTMENT KEYS.*

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib for families, but we need to know in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
