-Modern, fully equipped kitchen: equipped with everything you need to cook on your own:
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, glasses, and various utensils.

-Two spacious bedrooms: both with a double bed, clean sheets, blankets, and a large closet to keep your belongings organized.

-The bathroom, refined and chic, is decorated with emerald green tiles that create a pleasant contrast with the furnishings.
It features a spacious shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. In addition, a complimentary toiletries kit is provided for your use.

In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we’ll provide you with the digital keys.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE.
Other things to keep in mind
Milan Cathedral is easily accessible in just 15 minutes by public transportation (only 7 stops). The red metro stop is just a short walk from your accommodation.

The Central Station is only a 30-minute walk away, but you can get there in just 15 minutes by public transportation (bus 87 or the metro).

For families, we offer a crib service, which must be reserved in advance so we can prepare everything your child needs. The rental fee is only €20. Please let us know as soon as possible.
