Located in a classic 1830s “casa di ringhiera” with open galleries overlooking an inner courtyard. While historic on the outside, the interior is fully modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed.

Located on the 2nd floor of the second inner courtyard, accessible via elevator or an external staircase.

🌿 QUIET & BRIGHT
One side overlooks a calm, green inner courtyard, while the window faces the surrounding historic buildings. Plenty of light creates a cheerful, contemporary atmosphere—a peaceful retreat just steps from bustling Porta Venezia.

💡 FULLY EQUIPPED & THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED
Renovated in 2025, this 31-square-meter studio is compact yet comfortable. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and a Smart TV are included.
