The rooms here are clean, but not what I would call "Homey". Your essentially staying inside a cement block. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast offered a good selection of various foods. - Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

It was good. Very small rooms and it had hotel key card energy-saving switches. It took forever for the air conditioning to catch up because the room key had to be removed whenever I was not in my room. Other than it being tiny it was a great location and clean.

The staff were very helpful, unfortunately we were not happy with our first allocated room (129) which is located next to the reception & lobby. The hotel wi-fi isn’t great. The breakfast buffet was included with our room, I wouldn’t pay the extra €20 if it wasn’t. The location to Centrale Station is fab.

Great location if you are arriving at Milano central train station … easy check in and super friendly staff … nice bed and tv, small room but good layout design … only miner problem was the room was too cold .. but it was fixed as it seems the AC can be controlled from the front desk.Didnt try the breakfast as there are many cafes / restaurants close by.
