The room was clean and the bathroom very spacious! The room was also remarkably quiet considering it faced the street! I have a couple of observations about the amenities - the bathroom had very nice amenities except there was no hair conditioner, which is odd? The coffee station only had 2 paper cups and no real cups; and the only waste bin is in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient? The staff are warm and welcoming, and the location was great for us as we were attending a trade show a short distance away.

Positives- room was clean, breakfast was excellent and breakfast staff were excellent. On the negative side the room was extremely hot and thermostat did not work, after multiple requests to front desk to fix the thermostat no action was taken and we had to open windows in February to cool off the room. There was no storage place to unpack clothes. No water provided at night, Beds were uncomfortable.

Great location

Excellent, modern hotel in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and trains/trams. Rooms clean and spacious. Amazing choice of food at breakfast. Friendly staff and a special mention needs to be made for Maria at breakfast and the gentleman serving on the bar, for their exceptional service. Recommended hotel and we would stay again.

The hotel & rooms were lovely. Clean, comfy beds, large shower. The staff was excellent and helpful. I did have a few personal preference issues but they won't impact most guests: the room was too warm for me and I couldn't lower the heat, the area could be a bit noisy at night (not bad with windows closed however) so I couldn't leave the windows open, there was no plug for the hair dryer in the bathroom area close to a mirror and the bedside tables were a bit short.
