Room was good for one night, pillows were on the very thin side but otherwise good room. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. I also liked that I could park the car right outside my room since I was on the ground floor. Good option if wanting to stay near the airport.

Hotel was great and well situated. Only negative was there was not a restaurant in the hotel for us to have dinner, however there were some close by. Great variety of buffet breakfast! Free parking too.

Stayed here to be close to the airport. Couldn't fault hotel or staff and room was ready when we arrived early. Clean and spacious. They also provided best way to get to San Siro stadium as went to the football game on our final night. The only downside they no longer provide airport shuttle which is partly why booked with them. Got hotel to book us taxi maybe should have checked price €55 for a ten minute journey I know you pay extra for airport but that was expensive given the lovely driver who took us to and from tain station 5 mins less journey cost €13! Would stay at hotel again but would get train or bus next time to airport.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel D120. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel has excellent parking, which made travelling by car very easy and stress-free. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel D120 to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with great staff and convenient parking.

Good premium motel with easy access to airports

Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast complete and the gym has most of the required tools. However, please note that this a premium motel transforming into a hotel so some rooms can be a bit dark, some finishing details are missing etc Overall very good stay if you are in the area and want to avoid the big hotel chains without missing out

Suburban Milan Refuge

Service was excellent. Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. Restaurant next door was also excellent. Was able to walk to shopping, less than a mile. Taxi to train. Train to Milan was about an hour ride so this location is outside the metropolitan Milan area, but close to Malpensa.

Triple room, was given a sofa bed was not advertised as so Dust allergies, came out in hives and sneezing Single bed mattresses were uncomfortable and hard Otherwise staff friendly and approachable Well maintained Incident- where taxi was booked by hotel staff for us and we were made to pay 70 euros without being informed and this ruint the trip for us (unexpected extra cost)

I was able to check in early which was great! However upon checking in my room, all of the walls pretty much had water damage (so I was told) but I do not believe it was new. It looked like mold and I was not able to change my room. The two things that was great was I slept well/my room was always attended to, and the breakfast options were great. The room I selected had a sauna, so that made the stay a little better. I did not ask many questions such as where’s the gym etc… because I felt like I was being annoying to ask. The hotel is close to some stores but you would need to rent a car to get around. That’s not an issue. I’m not sure if I’d come back due to the room mold water damage issue. I feel that was messed up, when I showed the front desk photos, it was shrugged off,
