Hi, my family and I, with so much work, time and sacrifice, have created this little nest in the center of Milan. In my opinion this is one of the best zones of this amazing city and we would like to share this apartment with new potential friends who can appreciate it. The tourist tax is included in the price. You will have a good breakfast and also a small gift.
It's located near the museum "Cenacolo Vinciano" in Santa Maria delle Grazie and to Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio.
This place is suitable for couples, lone adventure, who travels for work and family (with childrens).
The apartment is newly renovated with wooden floors and conditioned air, underfloor heating, very large shower, glass doors ... The house has a bedroom with 4 beds, a small double bed and 2 single beds or 1 double bed. In the dining room there is a sofa bed with small double bed and also a kitchen. The furniture is all new with smart TV, with free guest accounts for Netflix and Prime Video, internet connection and wi-fi, espresso machine, kettle, iron, ironing board, washer and dryer, ect ...

Très bonne situation, pratique et confortable. Seul bémol c’ est Très bruyant: entre les voisins, l’horloge mural et le vieux tramway qui passe juste sous la fenêtre de la chambre , ce n’ Pas très reposant après une longue journée de marche. Le plus: la propriétaire est très gentille et fait de son mieux pour rendre service ! Vraiment appréciable !

Bel appartement agréable et bien situé

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce bel appartement situé à la limite de la ZTL (Pratique pour ceux qui arrivent en voiture comme nous) Le métro est à 5mns à pieds et le tramway passe en bas de la résidence ce qui permet de visiter Milan facilement. Sinon il faut compter une 1/2 de marche pour rejoindre l’extreme Centre ou le quartier Navigli très sympa le soir pour prendre un verre ou dîner. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu tester les restaurant aux alentours de l’appartement, tout est fermé au mois d’aout. L’appartement est très propre avec une belle salle de bain et conforme à l’annonce. Un grand merci à Monica pour ces messages très détaillés nous permettant d’avoir fait très rapidement le Check in / Check out.

Quel accueil ! Petit plateau avec les essentiels ,tout est très propre ,monsieur nous indique des places de parking gratuits et plusieurs restaurants. Immeuble agréable avec ascenseurs prés des transports en communs et des commerces. A recommander.

Monica is a great host and she communicated at all the important steps with us and made the check-in very easy. The apartment is really a studio that is probably best for couples. We had 5 people in our party and though everyone had a comfortable place to sleep we were a little cramped (the description of the apartment was accurate, we crammed too many people ourselves). It is in an area that feels safe, very close to the metro. The bathroom is really nice and big; the kitchen area is very small (again would work just fine for 2 people). We rented a car when we left Milan and had no problem parking overnight in the street parallel to the apartment. Highly recommend a one day trip to Bergamo from Stazione Centrale in Milan. Thank you Monica for your kind hospitality.

Perfetto!!!!

Monica & her family were amazing! From the moment we booked last November to the day we checked out on June 15th they were incredibly attentive to every detail. The apartment is in a GREAT location. Close to the Duomo & The last Supper painting. Easy access to central Milan. The apartment is spotless.They checked in on us during our stay to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. They even made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant the first night as we arrived late. The restaurant was perfect. I would definietly stay there again and would recommend it to my friends as well. Monica - Many thanks for letting us stay in your apartment.

Definitely Recommend

We chose this place for a short stay in Milan during our 10-day trip to Italy. We stayed at several VRBO rentals, and this was by far the best. The elevator in the building made it easy for us to get to the third floor. Our host left some snacks and drinks for us, which my kids enjoyed, as well as the TVs and the screen in the bathroom mirror. Very comfortable and well-decorated space. In addition, Monica is an excellent host and went above and beyond by helping me return an item that I had forgotten at the apartment. Overall, we had a very good time and will absolutely use one of the host's properties the next time we visit Milan!

Great!!

We thoroughly enjoyed Monica‘s darling apartment in downtown Milano. By European standards, it is very large and well laid out. The bathroom is huge as is the bedroom. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook and Monica even left us little goodies like Nespresso coffee pods, fresh milk, and juice, as well as little cookies and crackers. Having laundry in the unit was a huge bonus. The decor is a great mix between modern and old charm. We did have some minor power outage issues at night, but that could be because of the excessive heat during the summer months. Was very responsive and walked us through how to fix it promptly. WiFi Ac And tv’s worked great. The only reason why I did not give five stars on location and check in is because the remote check-in process was a little confusing, and Google maps took us to a different apartment initially. I suspect it was user error, however. The other reason I did not give five stars for location is because we had a car and understandably, parking downtown is a bit confusing until you get the lay of the land. That being said, we would definitely recommend Monica‘s apartment and would stay here again. Thank you again for everything!

Two night stay

Washer/dryer combo was very hard to figure out even after reading directions. It must have not worked for the cleaning people either because towels were hard and crunchy like they had been hung dry because dryer didn’t work properly.
