Two-bedroom apartment in Milan close to Piazza Istria and purple metro line Istria (line 5) which enables you to reach the metro stop and railway station Garibaldi/Porta Nuova in just 4 stops.  
  
The apartment, well connected to the centre of Milan and major attractions, is located within walking distance from the metro stop Istria of the new line 5 (purple) - just 5 minutes walk. The underground station and the Garibaldi railway station/Porta Nuova are reachable in only 4 stops, as well as the city centre (in 20 minutes).  
  
The apartment is located in a residential area, well served and connected with the city centre and major attractions. In just 4 metro stops you reach Corso Como, the heart of the city’s nightlife, not far from Garibaldi railway station/Porta Nuova. For art lovers, the Galleria Sozzani is of particular interest – a private gallery with programming dedicated exclusively to the work of worldwide photographers.  
The area called Porta Garibaldi has been newly developed and made extremely modern: here you can find the UniCredit Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Italy, and the Vertical Forest, a complex consisting of two residential towers with terraces completely covered with plants.  
The spectacular Cathedral of Milan, symbol of the city, is about 20 minutes from the apartment, as well as the Teatro alla Scala. For shopaholics, in just 15 minutes, you can reach the Fashion district, famous for its jewellery shops, boutiques and design showrooms.  
The Garden Wanda Osiris is located in Piazza Caserta (next to the apartment): it is a green area of Milan dedicated to the actress Wanda Osiris. The park, which has an area of 22,100 sqm, includes a children's playground and a carousel, as well as a bowling and soccer ground and a jogging area. It is thus presented as a heaven of peace immersed in the green.  
Near the apartment there are restaurants, pizzerias and bars, and in a 5-minute walk, in Viale Zara, you can reach the supermarket Esselunga.  
  
The nearest parking is the Autosilo Murat in via Murat 19

Ideal for 4 people, this apartment of about 73 square meters is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a building, and it has been totally renovated and attractively refurbished in 2016; it is equipped with double-glazed windows and air conditioning in all environments and is very quiet, since it also lies in a quiet area, among the trees of the Via Fiuggi and the private garden of 22,100 sqm Wanda Osiris in Piazza Caserta.  
The apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher), a table for six, a TV area and a sofa. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with double bed, a chest of drawers, a chair and a wardrobe closet, and a single bedroom with a desk, 2-door closet and a balcony. The bathroom is provided with a bathtub and shower.  
The apartment is tiled in every room except for the master bedroom, covered with parquet.  
  
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning for pets, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.
