Property was spotlessly clean. Eclectic room decor. Breakfast buffet (included) was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful with inquiries. Great neighborhood. Train station nearby. Metro station at the end of the block. Super easy to take to the Duomo.
Good location near central railway station and metro. Nice staff and good little breakfast. A little road noise as on a main road and internal room noise but didn’t bother us. Would stay again.
The room was a decent size with a nice bathroom. Really enjoyed the eclectic decorations. It was close to a lot of restaurants. Bed was very comfortable.
Hotel was easy to find and the location was good. We had a nice stay. The room is very small though, so more than one night might have been a struggle with our suitcases taking up all the floor space.
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel which as conveniently located for both the main station and and the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had two rooms as we were a family of four. The only letdown of the room was that none of us managed to get the shower working properly as we could only get the water to come out of the hand held attachment which was slightly challenging to shower.
Also in one of the rooms the do not disturb button in the room flashed all night and we couldn’t find a way to stop it. Otherwise a perfect location and stay and good value.
Room was great and clean! Hotel location was central and 20 minute walk from Milan train station. Staff was excellent! Only issues were TV and refrigerator weren't working because they had been unplugged. I had to unplug phone to plug in my phone charger which was okay because I didn't need to use the phone but if front desk was trying to contact me, the phone wouldn't work.
Lovely stay Perfect location for travel access. Room nice. Bed could have been more comfortable Could feel the springs. Staff excellent! Glad I stayed here.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was easy to get an Uber from the Milan Centrale train station to the hotel.
The room was clean and well stocked. A hidden gem.
Front office staff was so helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel for a fast stay.

Traditional style hotel - leave your key at the desk etc.
Pleasant staff.
If you need to work though, beware, the WIFI is terrible - speeds i have not seen since the days of dialup..

Walking distance to central Milan. Staff provided good restaurants suggestions and were very friendly. Renovated room and bathroom. Only downside was a slight cigarette smell in the room and humidity smell in the bathroom.
Family room was large and comfortable, TV had English channels too. So nice to have a hotel with a fridge and tea bags, seems to have disappeared from many in this price range. Bathroom was good size water pressure was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly, really good crew. Milan is a very noisy city, was a bit hard to sleep first night with the road, tram and people noise but got used to it.
The staff were friendly knowledgeable and quick to respind to any and all requests.
Breakfast was simple but good.
Only complaint was the wifi blinked in and out frequently.
Hotel few minutes from central station. Room was spotless. large shower well proportioned bathroom. staff on front desk very competent friendly and helpful. gave recommendation for restaurant/bars.
Perfect and central. there is a subway stop just 2 min away making it easy to access. I'd though recommend to fly in to Linate airport thus its easier to reach this hotel within 30 min of public transport.

The good:
It is about 10 min walk from train station and very close to shopping street. Restaurants are also nearby
The bad:
The bathroom was dirty, it didn’t drain properly, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock, the AC was very slow
Our party only stayed for one night at this hotel. The beds were firm and the breakfast was a splendid affair but we did hit some minor snags.
The hotel is one of the many "eco" hotels and I don't know if this played a part of it, but we had tripped the circuits by both boiling water in the electric kettle and using the hairdryer at at the same time. It was a first for our party. The room was a bit on the dusty side but we were only staying there for one night so we didn't make that much of a fuss.
When we had checked in, we had talked to the evening receptionist about getting breakfast and were quoted for 32 euros for a party of 4 (8 euros per person), however when we went to pay, that price was further reduced to 30 euros, which was a steal in my opinion. However the next morning, we were told my another receptionist that the 30 euros only covered 3 people, not 4. We had explained what had happened the night before and eventually wrapped everything up, but it's a bit weird that they had given us conflicting details between the morning and evening shift receptionist.
Breakfast itself was very nicely done, with several options for juices, including pear juice which I hadn't had prior and was lovely, multiple baked goods, hot and cold options, a small salad bar and pizza which I didn't know was an option.
Overall, lovely hotel for the food, but staying for more than 1 might be a bit difficult especially if you need to use several electric devices at once.
