    Huge loft, fully renovated in 2023, born from the urban regeneration of a dismissed distillery. It's central, peaceful and stylish.

    You'll find a 2 fully equipped kitchens for your chef battles, a large dining area, fast Wi-fi, two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, plus 2 sofa beds. It's perfect for families & friends.

    The area is very central and safe, only 5 minutes walking far from De Angeli M1 subway station. You can find free parking on nearby streets, or use a nearby parking garage.

    The Space:
    Located on the base floor of an early '60s building, the space features some unique artworks of Claudio Velez, Michail Kolonis and Suketchi. Please treat them with care.

    Guest Access:
    The loft has a private entrance that guarantees full privacy for all guests. You can access the property 24/24 with the provided code.

    Other Things to Note:
    No party with non-registered guests and no smoking inside the property.
    Valid IDs are required prior to check-in.
