Hotel tries to charge us £300 for all inclusive even though the booking via Expedia was an all inclusive! The managers are very rude and abrupt. The men do not like women challenging them back at all Not a good hotel for English, as another English couple experienced the same. The whole standard is more appropriate for 3 star not 5 star as this is very misleading

Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues.

The worst place you could possibly stay at. Facility was old, booked rooms were unavailable, had to wait for 50 minutes to check in after a 17 hours flight, customer service at the bar was below poor.

Les responsables réception ne sont pas attentifs aux demandes des clients. Il n'y a aucun service de navette depuis et pour l'aéroport, alors que cela est mentionné sur leur site. Autrement la restauration est très correcte et le personnel très agréables. Les tarifs pratiqués par l'hôtel pour les activités extérieures sont éxorbitants.

Hotel à fuir

Nous avons réservé un séjour pour une nuit dans cet hôtel nous pensions passer un très bon séjour ça n'a pas été le cas le personnel très mal aimable aucun sourire nous avions réservé la chambre à partir de 13h nous avons dû attendre deux heures avant d'avoir notre chambre de plus le réceptionniste nous a fait la réflexion comme quoi nous avions réservé sur votre site et que nous avions payé pas cher ce ne sont pas des choses qui se disent, tout le personnel de l'hôtel mal aimable à part les animateurs, concernant le petit déjeuner il était bon, cependant nous avons quand même plus profité de la piscine ainsi que de la vue imprenable sur la mer, concernant la plage un accès direct est présent par contre les transats sont trop les uns à côté des autres et la plage sale alors que c'est la plage privée de l'hôtel.

L’accueil était médiocre Le réceptionniste salah moslah était désagréable, très très lent pour le check in j’ai jamais vu cela : il nous donnait très peu d’information alors qu’on avait réservé sur expédia et qu’on avait la confirmation de la réservation. Plus de 30 minutes a attendre alors qu’il n’y avait personne. Puis une fois dans la chambre les serviettes de bain étaient sale nous sommes allé à la réception pour les changer.

Je vais dans cet hôtel depuis 20 ans Malheureusement le covid et une nouvelle direction dont passes par la Lzz ai restauration n est plus à niveau du tout. Au buffet dîner , qualité très moyenne. Il voudrait mieux moins de cher mzis de bonne qualité , viande caoutchouteuse , plats sans saveurs Le personnel qui était si chaleureux a changé et maintenant , c est «  limite aimable ». Exemple je n étais pas en all incluse mais veis dîner à l hôtel. Avant un bonsoir, j ai eu droit à «  vous avez de quoi payer ? »… j ai bcp apprécie !!! Autre point, centré thalasso qui était absolument formidable et que je recommandais à toutes mes amies … à éviter. La femme a accueil pas aimable du tout. A cause du covid, courants d air partout … or quand on est mouillée , on a vite froid. Des serviettes sèches étaient à dispo un peu partout avant , la j ai fu me contenter d une serviette pour l après midi Et je passe les baies vitrées quasi opaques car pas lavées souvent. Idem pour les portes vitrées intérieures pleines de traces Heureusement mega beau temps. J ai ainsi pu profiter de la plage Loin d être le 5 étoilés su il était il y a qqs années . L’heure pense sue c était mon dernier séjour là bas … dommage

un bon séjour pour nous

A la lecture de quelques commentaire on pouvait hésiter, mais vraiment nous avons passé un excellent séjour, du personnel très à l'écoute et très gentille. Nous aurions plus à nous plaindre du comportement de certains clients irrespectueux du personnel, de la nourriture. Nous avions choisi une chambre piscine, qui effectivement ne voyait jamais le soleil, c'est sans doute bien quand il fait chaud, nous ne reprendrons pas, La nourriture, il y a une base qui ne varie pas salades, pates pizza ect mais il y a à tous les repas des plats différents et donc a qui est curieux de spécialités c'est parfait. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les services de la Thalasso

Pas un hôtel 5 étoiles

L’hôtel en soi a besoin d’entretien, je ne vais pas mettre tout le personnel dans le même sac, mais la plupart des personnes sont très hautains, à se demander qui sont les clients dans cet hôtel. J’ai énormément voyagé mais je n’ai jamais vu de tel service.. Quelques personnels sont gentils (les personnels côté cuisine dans le buffet, et 2/3 serveurs à l’intérieur), les femmes de ménage sont superbes, cependant les serveurs en terrasse et le personnel de l’accueil sont très froids (une dame de l’accueil a raccroché au nez de mon compagnon car il l’a relancé pour une chose qu’elle n’avait pas fait), les barmans te servent ce qu’ils souhaitent te servir même si vous commander un cocktail en particulier (un exemple parmi tant d’autres, mon compagnon a commandé un cocktail et le barman lui a donné le même cocktail que le mien). Si vous demandez un service, attendez vous à avoir ce que vous avez demandé longtemps après. Heureusement que nous avons booké la chambre swim up qui compense le tout, une chambre avec accès direct sur une piscine privée, par contre la clim marche à peine et fait un bruit. La plage n’est pas du tout jolie, manque d’entretien, dommage pour leur emplacement. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles, c’est un 3 étoiles pour moi. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans notre chambre avec la piscine privée, mais je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel, dommage car l’infrastructure est très bien. C’est vraiment le
