Maximum 6 guests. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has 2 full beds. The living room has a pull-out sofa and an air mattress. Two bathrooms.

DOG POLICY
One dog up to 20 lbs is welcome. Never leave pets unattended. Keep pets off furniture and bedding, and clean up after them indoors and outdoors. Guests are responsible for pet damage, odors or extra cleaning. Include your pet when booking so the applicable fee is shown.

HOUSE & COMMUNITY RULES
- No parties, events, gatherings or unregistered guests.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM-8 AM. Respect neighbors and noise levels at all times.
- No indoor smoking or vaping. Indoor smoking incurs a $1,000 deep-cleaning fee.
- Do not move furniture or decor. Lock doors when leaving.
- Dispose of trash properly; take excess trash to designated bins.
- Report damage or issues promptly and check out on time.
- No loitering in hallways or common areas. Follow all community and amenity rules.
- Guests are responsible for missing items, damage, excessive cleaning and building fines caused by their behavior. Rule violations may result in removal without refund.
