The location was perfect right in the center of all the local action and within 3 minutes of the beach ….the rooftop pool was amazing along with the views….be prepared to pay for parking other then that the property was awesome

Great South Beach Location

The unit was clean & comfortable. A fun location that is in the heart of South Beach. Easy access to the beach, entertainment, food. It was a great place to stay.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was clean and beautiful with a perfect location just across the street from the beach. Lee was a great host and quick to respond to the many questions I had before arriving. I would definitely recommend.

All was good, except they need darkening blinds for bedroom as the the Versace Hotel next door has lights on all their trees and shines in like its daylight outside. Difficult to fall asleep. Great location in middle of all the action.

Visiting Son in Miami Beach

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was clean and roomy. We had a view of the ocean and it was very conveniently located right across from the beach. My only hesitation is that the neighborhood along the beach is fairly noisy and we occasionally had nighttime noise. But overall we enjoyed staying there very much.

Located in the heart of South Beach

The entrance isn’t fancy, but the room was quite comfortable and had a nice supply of kitchen ware for cooking. We were pleased with the set up.Parking is a problem. Valet parking cost about 50 a night with tips included. Self parking ramps are available nearby for half the price, but we didn’t try those. Our parking bill for a week here cost as much as a rental car. A rooftop pool and bar offer spectacular views of Miami Beach.

Strand Condo - Ocean Dr

This condo was super clean, safe and literally steps away from EVERYTHING South Beach. The manager of the condo is very communicative and available when needed. I gave 5 stars bc was much deserved. We had an amazing time and will hopefully return in the future. Again, if you want to be in the middle of all the action, then this condo is the way to go.

Spring Break for Seniors

We wanted a place in South Beach where we would not need a car. We are young seniors in good shape so we wanted to walk and ride bikes. Lee’s place was perfect. Nice condo on ocean ave. We walked or biked every morning, had good to great meals and so much fun. The beach is across the street. There were lots of kids and a big police presence over the weekend. No trouble at all. We were disappointed that the pool was on The roof of a building next door but it turned out fine. I think we will go back.

A Slice of Paradise in Miami Beach - Unforgettable VRBO Experience!

I had the pleasure of spending a week at the Miami Beach, and let me tell you, it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the sheer beauty and luxury of this vacation rental. First things first, the location is truly unbeatable. Situated right on the pristine shores of Miami Beach, the view from the rental was nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the sight and sound of the ocean was a dream come true. The location to the beach was incredibly convenient, allowing me to effortlessly go from my cozy abode to the warm sands in mere minutes. The property management team deserves a special mention for their outstanding service. From the moment I inquired about the rental to the day I checked out, they were always available and attentive to my needs. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. In terms of convenience, the rental is perfectly situated. It's within walking distance of some of Miami Beach's best restaurants, bars, and shops, so I never had to go far to find something entertaining to do. And when I did want to explore further, the property's central location made it easy to access other parts of the city.

Premium Location

So first time we been to Miami , we wanted somewhere very close to the beach and shops etc so we didn't need a car . This property ticks those boxes . You can just see the beach out the window and its a 2 min walk across the road so that was great for us . Its probably in one of the busiest parts in South Beach next to a club called The Palace - look it up , may or may not be your thing - its a very loud trannys bar thats very popular from 10 in the morn to late at night ! Not really for young families !! At night once windows are shut as this is on the side of the building you dont really hear much except the odd car revving up as they cruised past . The apartment itself could do with a little updating , funny smell when you first walk in , not sure what that was . Bed was great , big and comfy but in the kitchen only a little portable oven , could do with a full size one - there is space for it and maybe a washing machine too . In the bathroom , bath looks great but has no taps so can only fill by leaving shower running , and extractor fan didn't seem to work . Could do with a clothes dryer as no where to hang towels. There is a rooftop pool you can access on next building but every-time we went up there , there were loud bi-sexual parties which wasn't our thing so we never actually used the pool ! Overall if you want to be close to the beach and shops then this property is great for that , and the host Lee was helpful and quick with communications.
