The staff was not number one, they were zero flexible. We were returning from the airport and my child was sick and they couldn't give us a room before check-in. They gave us the room 5 minutes before 4:00 p.m. and I was even ready to pay an extra for a superior room but it was not available and without success. (No flexibility). If you like a bright and party hotel, I suggest you this hotel because the music is very loud and it's very hard to fall asleep in this situation. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel is very expensive for what you get.
