Communication and the check-in process went well. The property is in significant need of a deep cleaning. The showers were very dirty, the floors left our socks black, and the countertops were clearly not wiped. There was a large handprint found on the coach as well. The process for accessing the pool was not adequately explained and we ended up not being able to use it at all, as we were given the run around by several people and wasted over an hour trying to access the proper QR code to gain entry.
