Amenities poorly maintained- the pool has algae growing along the top tile- so much so no one in our group wanted to stay in the pool after seeing the gross algae. The outdoor furniture is falling apart, there's not enough seats at the table outdoors for more than 6, they had some busted up old chairs and some other mismatched stuff randomly in the backyard around the pool. The pool deck was filthy- looking terrible for photos and could be easily fixed with a power washer. Inside there were 2 dining chairs that the leg is loose and seems ready to break at any moment- we moved those to the side so none of us would sit on it. I paid extra for the pool to be "heated" for our arrival. We arrived and the pool was 74- same temp as the air, and not pre heated for cooler weather as expected and paid for. There are very few cups to use, very few towels, and missing a working full sized coffee machine. The kitchen and cooking pans need to be replaced/repaired. The ice machine on the freezer doesn't work, the fridge froze our drinks and food- ruining the eggs and breakfast items we bought to prepare. The glass top for the stove is cracked in two locations. Out of the TV's only 2 worked, but the remotes had dead batteries in them. To say our group and my self as the person that booked this are disappointed is an understatement. We also had a random announced visit from an hvac person come to the house around 7:30pm on a Friday night. Livid.
