It was conveniently located right across the beach. First thing we always do at rental property is check for cleanliness. It looked clean until we checked the bed. Bed had hair visible once we removed the blanket. The bathroom sliding door is falling apart. Second bathroom door was so hard to close. Couch is visibly torn in place. Bathroom and bedroom room doors were not cleaned properly (minor). Toilet wouldn’t flush properly which was very annoying. The place is located right above bar which plays very loud music from 11am-11pm (no exaggeration!!!) so it’s hard to sleep early. Reached out to Vrbo that very night and they told me they going to contact the rental agency incharge of this place. Someone from rental property contacted me and were very nice and professional over the phone and assured me they will look into it once I sent pics and videos to them via email. The wait time took forever for them to make decision. I was asked to share pics and videos multiple times while they stated they didn’t receive it. I was dealing back and forth throughout my stay and that’s not what I needed during my vacation. I asked for compensation and they finally offered $50\. Are you kidding me!?! After asking them to issue $50, I never heard back from them. Will never stay here again!!! ##### v p.
