1 bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with tub and shower, 1 sofa bed in the livingroom, spacious balcony with incredible views.  
Equipped with Washer&Dryer in unit.  
  
Front desk will charge extra fee per unit and grand keys to the unit.  
Valet parking per day is optional. (A paid parking lot one block away from the building charges less per day)  
  
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. We will meet you at the door. Please let us know with anticipation your ETA to expedite check-in.  
If you wish to check-in bafter 7pm extra fees will apply.  
  
Late check-ins after 11:00 PM are subject to prior approval and will incur an additional fee, as they require special coordination outside of regular staffing hours.

PROGRAMMED FUMIGATION  
To ensure cleaning quality and pest control on all of our units, between the 20th and 30th of each month, we conduct a special pest cleaning on all of our units. This procedure is essential in keeping our units free of insects for all of our current and future guests, that's why we ask to collaborate and give our team access on the designated day. This procedure is mandatory for all units and we expect your collaboration.
