Our stay was awful, we did not have hot water for the duration of our stay, the cleanliness was not up to par. When we tried to reach out to our host regarding our concerns, he did not respond. I hate to write this review but would like others to be informed before they attempt to stay here. ##### Kristina J. There was no heat in the apartment so we had to sleep in a really cold room as the weather in Miami was very cold on the days we were there. It's in a hotel which I don't believe we realized before. It's also need an outdoor patio area, but the noise never woke us up (or people did not go out there too often). The location is perfect though. We were able to walk wherever we needed to go, and the room stayed cool and quiet when we were ready to go to bed. I would definitely book this space again next time we visited Miami and needed a South Beach location - good value for what you're getting. ##### Matthew O. Great location if you want to be in the middle of everything. Easy walk to the beach. It definitely is not a quiet location. It’s near a club and one street over from the main strip. My husband and I did not feel safe leaving the property at night. We stayed on the balcony, which I loved. We could see a lot of activity. There were security cameras up there to help you feel safe..
