The host was very repsonsive, and flexible with leaving luggage, which was very helpful. The apartment was perfect for 2 people, well eqipped, and with good air conditioning. Location for us was perfect due to proximity to our son’s home and the beach. So much to offer on south Miami Beach in the way of restaurants, park for kids to play and beach. The building was full and we did not hear the neighbors. The condo was exactly as described and as pictured, very clean, brand new kitchen and bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy access to all the building amenities. The outdoor patio was very useful to us as we ate outside most of the time. Other residents and renters were very nice and friendly.
