We had a lovely stay! Great location. Very clean, easy check in process and great communication from the property manager. This is a wonderful spacious condo with an amazing view. It was also very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
The place had an amazing view. The pool and amenities were good. Bayside was great and close by. The area was also amazing and beautiful. The condo needs some update, other than that we had a great time.
The condo was located in the middle of all the action. If you want to walk to restaurants, bars, church or shopping, this is the place for you! We visited South Beach and Key Biscayne which were only 15 mins away from this condo. Views are stunning day or night. Beds were very comfy but the living room furniture was not. Balcony furniture wasn’t comfy either but it was nice to walk outside. I had a massage at the spa on site and it was fantastic!
It was an amazing vacation in this place with my family. The pool is great! The property manager is very efficient and professional. We love everything about this place. Definitely will come back!

Location and view. Best place I have ever stay at Brickell, the pool, gym and spa are also a great addition to these rental! We will be back.
Great place with excellent communication. The busy downtown area makes access to the property a bit hectic at times. The amenities and surrounding businesses are abundant. The price seems to be right in line with other properties.
We had such a great time here. The location and walkability was great. The pools were beautiful. Our only complaint was the mattress quality. We had sore backs every morning.
But, the views are outstanding and the kitchen well stocked.
Was absolutely wonderful. Just a little trouble checking in and getting all the wedding vendors like Flower, Glam Squad and photographers. But it worked out, but having someone in lobby to help the process.
I couldn’t believe the check in. After sending information AND INCLUDING photographs, we were required to give same information, a photo of my drivers license and then an additional photo at the desk. I don’t know what all that was about but made me angry. Then we whet Kat who was the ONLY positive thing I would say about my stay. The apartment was dirty, there were only 4 waters when there were 5 people staying. Then the pool had so many rules. I felt that my stay was all about following rules and then taking pictures of the followed rule. I would NEVER, EVER stay at this facility again.

The building is old and not well-kept. However, the apartment we stayed in was comfortable but needs a serious overhaul. Blinds are not working properly doors to the bathrooms and rooms are old and do not work as they should.
On arrival, we had a problem with payment. The lady who met us insisted to see and charge the physical credit card from which they had charged the down payment. We did not have it with us. We had left it at home. They could have charged the same card as it was still valid. She refused. We produced other credit cards but she insisted to have the previous card. Finally, we had to give her all the cash we had. Otherwise, we could not get in. It was very
upsetting to start a holiday.
