Guests also love the convenience of being close to Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village, where you’ll find luxury shops, live entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It’s the perfect base whether you’re here for work, leisure, or a mix of both.

Other Things to Note:  
  
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.  
  
➤ Please note that for one-night stays, there is an extra charge of USD 50 to register you at the front desk. For all other stays, we cover this charge, so it is complimentary for you.  
  
➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short-term lease form to register our guests. This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, the name of the lease traveller, and that the guests will follow the building rules  
  
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C, but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime, as unfortunately, some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity, requiring repairs.  
  
➤ Packages and mail :  
  
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long as it is under the name of the primary guests during registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted; only packages.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
  
I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.

Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept.
