It was luxuriously furnished and decorated in a modern style . With 2 beds and sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Walk to bars and restaurants, Brickell City Centre (Mall) with upscale shops and restaurants. Publix Supermarket is 2 blocks away, where you can get the best groceries. 3 miles to Wynwood, South Beach, and Design District. The Space: All spaces comply with comfort to be used by guests The space has everything you need for a house. It has a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer. Guests will be greeted with basic items for their first day of stay, toilet paper, kitchen towels, shampoo, soap and dish detergent. If your stay is longer than two days, you can buy your items in the markets in the area. Guest Access: Story residence designed by Corradino Group offers its guests and residents proximity to all that the Brickell area has to offer, but in-house amenities might just keep you inside. Guests will have access to the building’s amenities. Please note that fob keys are required to access these amenities. Easy to find and well located to restaurants. Walking my dogs was simple and convenient. I had a vehicle so i had an assigned parking spot during my stay.
