Breathtaking unobstructed views of the ocean on this 19th floor unit. This 1/1unit is in mint condition and furnished with modern furniture. The Club at Brickell Bay is perfectly located right in the heart of Brickell with close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and much more. This building offers an incredible fully equipped gym and many other great amenities such as a game room, business center, two pools, hot tub, and massage room. Cable and internet included. HOUSE RULES \-The guest agrees to pay $20 for any Check-in/arrival time after (10 pm) and $50 after midnight (12:00 am). \-Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit on the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances. \-Smoking is strongly prohibited inside all our units. Smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking inside premises will result in a $250 fee. \-Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees. \-Garbage: Trash chute is located next to units that end with 01 (1601,1701,1801…). Please do not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not to be left unattended in front of doors or stairwells. \-Smoking: Cigarette filters are not to be thrown off the balcony. \-Noise Complaints: Parties are not allowed in the unit as this is a residential building. The maximum occupancy of a unit is two adults per bedroom.
