This ad is for 2 separated units in the same building on the same floor.
Each unit has his own kitchen, bathroom,and bedroom.
1 unit can accommodate up to 6 people ( 2 queen bed in the bedroom and 2 sofa bed in the living room0. The 2nd unit can accommodate up to 3 people ( 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room).
Located in Washington ave and 15th st you can literally walk everywhere . Everything is 5 minutes maximum by walking distance (beach,restaurant,Espanola way, Lincoln rd, ocean dr, night clubs and restaurants).

Our host was a great communicator responding very quickly to any questions we had.He was also very accommodating letting us have an early check- in which was a great help.Ideal location within walking distance to so many shops , restaurants , bars and beach.It was nice having the 2 units with each couple having their own space.The units were a bit tired looking but clean and had majority of amenities.A toaster would be an added benefit for both units.The

INFESTED WITH TERMITES

We got to the VRBO and the place was much more run down then shown in the pictures. Tape / remnants of decorations from previous Bachelorette stays were still on the walls and the place was not super clean. We decided to make do. Michael was responsive and gave us an early check in and late check out. On the last day as we were cleaning up the VRBO, we moved around a sofa beds in the one of the units to find hundreds of small bugs, some worm-like bugs still moving, others crawling and hundreds of discarded wings. Many were gathered around an Amazon package not from our stay but a previous stay-- proof that the place had not been thoroughly cleaned. I sent pictures and videos to the host asking for partial refund-- he told us they looked like termites and would only refund us for one night on one suite. I decided to escalate it further through VRBO which was a mistake. Since we had stayed the entire time, the refund was at the discretion of the host. The support teams kept giving me different answers and did not advise me correctly. One even sent me an email saying that they reviewed the pictures of the worms & crawling bugs and it was evidence of wasps that came from outside the unit which is considered a minor issue. If I could post the pictures and videos I would but that does not seem to be an option on VRBO. I do not recommend staying here unless VRBO requires the host to hire an exterminator.

Girls Weekend!!

We (7 female Veterans) truly enjoyed our stay. Both Units were clean and ready to go, when we arrived. Michael responded quickly to emailed questions about the Units and parking. The Units really are centrally located. We parked our cars and they didn't move for 3 days. We were in walking distance of EVERYTHING!

Great apt and great location

Bachelorette party weekend. Everything was great. Easy check in, great apts, easy access to everything and beach. Lots of food and bars close by. Michael the host always replied back quickly. Highly recommend.

AMAZING !

My friends and I stayed for a bachelorette weekend . The owner, Michael was awesome he was very accommodating, very responsive and super helpful! Both units were on the same floor. They were very clean and comfortable. The location was great for everything we had planned and everything was with in walking distance so that was a perfect! We will definitely be booking again! Definitely recommend staying here !!!

Incredible Location

The location couldn’t be more perfect!! We had a fantastic stay. Beds and pull out couches were quite comfortable and there was just enough room for my group of 10 people. I loved that both units were on the same floor. The unit with one king bed in the bedroom was so cute! Nothing fancy but it gave us everything we needed and more. The host provided a TON of towels, which was perfect for showers and beach days. The host also provided beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and sand castle toys which we didn’t expect! That definitely made our experience even better. I was absolutely thrilled with how the weekend turned out. I’ll definitely be returning to this vrbo!

Great place and perfect location

This place was awesome. It was clean and super comfortable. The couches were even better than I expected. The beds are great size and even the sheets were super cozy. More than enough towels, beach towels, blankets and pillows for the entire party. It was great to have both apartments on the same floor. 2 full baths are always a plus for a group of women. No keys, only codes, which also facilitates the come and go when traveling with a big group. Location is absolutely perfect. Lincoln road and Espanola Way are 1-2 blocks away. Beach and Ocean Drive are 2-3 blocks away. Clubs, restaurants, cafes, shopping etc are all around it so you can beat that. All communication was easy and Michael was very accommodating and cordial. Recommend 100% and when coming back to Miami, I would absolutely book this again.

This property was great! We had 2 apartments for a bunch of girls. They were so cute and perfect for vacation. The location was awesome. The owner, Michael, was SUPER responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!!
