We had a great stay in this Hotel and in this specific Suite. Everything was clean and the Suite is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation stay.Kommunication with James was very very good! Quick responds to all questions.

Family vacation in paradise!

What an amazing suite! Our family of four had the most fabulous time. The suite is spacious and gorgeous, the beds are super comfortable and the hotel amenities are top notch! James is a wonderful, generous and communicative host. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a great time at the Ritz Carlton! Room was really nice and host was very easy to communicate with. He set up two fold out beds for the kids in the living room and everyone slept great. Thank you!

Exactly as advertised. The amenities of the Ritz in a spacious condo. Stayed 24 nights and had plenty of space for my husband to work while my son and I enjoyed the beach and pool. Would stay again.

Great spot for families

We have stayed at the Ritz in Key Biscayne 5 times now and this property was a great option. Living room was plenty big for three kids on pullout couch and rollaways, bedroom great for us. Kitchen was in good shape and had everything we needed. Laundry in the room was a bonus. Communications were prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The ritz at Key Biscayne is a great hotel on a beautiful beach. The service is outstanding. The room is exactly as advertised. One bedroom suite with small kitchen.

This was our third year staying with this host at The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne. Everything went as good as expected. The rooms were clean and well kept up to date. The resort facilities continue to impress!

Perfect spot on key biscayne

This was perfect because we received all the amenities of the Ritz without booking through the Ritz. The room was large and spacious. It was clean and as advertised. If we come back to Key Biscayne we will stay here again!

Beautiful location

Key Biscayne is lovely and the Ritz is a beautiful hotel on a beautiful property. Customer service was amazing, food was delicious. The kids LOVED the pool (heated in the winter months!) and the beach. The room was great for our family of 5 and James (host) was very responsive anf helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful for our family of 4. Our kids LOVED the activities offered at the hotel -- pool was amazing. Good food. Tennis clinics each morning were so fun for my husband and I. Location in the hotel was great and easy to get to everything. The two cots worked great. We will be back!

Great Unit at the Fabulous Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne!

My Family and I love staying at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne, but we are growing too large for the hotel side. This condo checks all the boxes! We get all the amenities of the hotel while staying in a larger unit that has a kitchen and washer/dryer. Check-in was a breeze, parking was perfect and the unit was a great size. The owner answered our questions promptly and solved issues immediately. Its a great spot.

Perfect for mother-daughter girls weekend

We used the two rollaways and had plenty of space for two moms and tween daughters. James generously gave us an early check in. The ritz is great. Will be back!

Nice place

Nice 1 bedroom suite at the ritz in the owners side of the resort property. 2nd floor suite has easy access to lobby, bars, pools, fitness center and kids room. Spacious room with plenty of space for family. Host had excellent communication and was accommodating. Will try to stay again.

Excellent, easy stay

We just spent 2 nights here, at the end of a trip to the Keys. James was so helpful proactively, asking if we wanted an early check-in, and if we’d like the rollaway beds set up for our kids. The room was perfect for our family, and it was great to have a full kitchen! The location of the room gave us easy access to stairs and elevator, and was right down the hall from the teen/game rooms, which my children used a few times. The designated parking spot was also a nice plus. We will definitely look to stay in this room again in the future.

Disappointed

Arrival: I booked a week in advance for a quick get away with the spouse. I reached out to the host by phone and left a voice mail several days before arrival to see if there were any instructions for check in and never heard back. Upon check in the hotel informed me they did not have my reservation and they could not help me. I called the host and left another voice mail however; the host did answer my text at that point. Even though I provided proof of payment and screen shots of the reservation I still had to argue with VRBO and host to prove I had a reservation. The whole ordeal took an hour or so. I was close to walking out and fighting the credit card charge when it was finally resolved. Stay: Its been a while since I have stayed at a Ritz and its obvious this is not a 5 star hotel or brand for that matter however; they are charging 5 star pricing for any incidentals. A 16 oz coffee is $9.00 and so on. By the way, its not like the coffee and other food we order was amazing--it was bland etc. I have not trouble paying $$$ for a great product. A bar tab of 4 drinks at the rum bar is $100+. Location: A leading factor for me choosing this location is because its low key and I wish Key Biscayne had a real 5 star option available. I will head to the Four Seasons or St Regis next time I am looking for a 5 star hotel. In the end I feel like this is a 3 star hotel charging 5 star pricing. The property and accommodations is not indicate of a 5 star stay.
