Centrally located just minutes from Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Design District (5 mins) & Only 10 mins from Miami Beach. Walking distance to the amazing Brickell City Centre & Marry Brickell Village. CVS drugstore and Publix supermarket just blocks away. Building amenities include pool and gym. Early check-in upon availability + additional fee THE CLUB AT BRICKELL BAY As soon as you arrive to the building: \- Go to the front desk and present your id. and apartment number. \- They will allow you to take the elevator. \- They will assigned your parking spot. After parking, go to the elevator and call the front desk through the intercom that is in the entrance of the elevator and there they will give you access to your apartment. You will found your key fob inside your unit. Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf 'n' turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site. The Brickell area, south of downtown, is a walkable area, with lots of new shops and restaurants in a neighborhood that was primarily residential in previous years. Furthermore, its privileged location grants very easy access to bus, metro, taxi or car. I never received intruction to check innor check out, we had to wait almost 2 hours to get in. We called the number provided and they answered aftwr 2 hours. The condo is old, the sofa and carpet seems to belong to the street homeless.
