It’s a practical choice for two guests who want a central home base near dining, shopping, entertainment, parks, and transit.

The open studio layout keeps everything simple and functional. Relax in the living area with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, WiFi, a Smart TV, and natural city light. The queen bed provides a comfortable sleeping setup, while clothing storage, hangers, an iron, linens, and essentials help make unpacking easy.

Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, hot water kettle, cookware, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, coffee, salt, pepper, paper towels, and kitchen towels. A dining table gives you a dedicated spot for meals, coffee, or planning the day.



Bathroom and laundry

The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, tub, towels, toilet paper, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. A private washer and dryer are located inside the apartment, which is especially useful for longer stays.



Balcony and building amenities

The building also offers an indoor movie theater and private offices for work, both available on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is in a lively downtown area with easy access to Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, Kaseya Center, waterfront paths, dining, shops, and transit. It’s a good fit for guests who want skyline views and a central base.



Getting Around:

Miami International Airport, MIA, is about 7 miles away, and driving time varies based on time of day.



24/7 valet parking is available for an additional fee. Alternatively, guests may use a nearby public parking garage. Metromover stations are about a 3 to 5-minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the pool is currently under construction, and construction is also taking place nearby. As a result, you may experience occasional noise or construction dust during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.



Package and mail deliveries are not accepted at this building, as there is no designated mailroom or receiving area. We kindly ask that guests refrain from ordering mail or packages during their stay.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Valet parking is available 24/7 for an additional fee. A nearby public parking garage is also available as an alternative.

- Shared building amenities, including the pool and fitness center, may have operating hours and rules set by the building management.

- Guests are expected to follow all building policies and community guidelines during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required after checkout.

- Pack ’n play is available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty and an additional cleaning fee.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such are needed after their stay.

- A trashed apartment fee will be applied for deep cleaning if the property is left in poor condition.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.
