House is a split level style on a beautiful corner lot in centrally located North Miami. Prime location 15 mins away from major Hospital district . Jackson Memorial , University of Miami , Sylvester Cancer Center and Bascomb Palmer.  
Prime location close to Downtown Miami .On a major bus route to Downtown . Aventura Mall and Miami Beach.  
This apartment is the lower level of a split level 3/bedroom 2/baths upstairs attached to this cozy flat downstairs with separate entrance.  
Numerous grocery shops , stores and restaurants are nearby. There are a few laundry facilities close-by that all wash  
and fold.Quiet and Peaceful environment.
