it was a last minute booking in south beach and for the price it wasn't too bad. it was in a good location, not too far from everything. the staff was very good, but the rooms are in need of updating, especially the bathroom. the tile grout was bad. the main lobby was nice, but don't expect too much of the pool and pool area. the pool was very very small. All in all it wasn't too bad for last minute booking.

Two two stars were for location convenience and how nice the front desk staff was. The hotel is very old and ran down. We did not receive room service for two days and the floors in our room were dirty when we arrived. The elevator hardly works and had a huge delay opening and closing. The pictures online are false advertisement. Would not recommend.

The staff was lovely and we really appreciated the complimentary luggage holding, beach towels and chairs. We were able to hear our neighbors- thin walls & gaps on the doors contributed to this - but nothing unexpected since it’s in a busy area of south beach. We were a bit disappointed that the pool hours on the handout were not accurate. Overall a good stay in a clean safe hotel.
