The property is excellent for the remote worker, with fiber optic internet and 5 bars of signal strength throughout the property. We have a separate office area including a standing, with excellent lighting and a color laser printer. The office also has doors to close off the area for those private video and conference calls. The office contains basic needs such as a stapler, pencils, pens, a whiteboard, and a paper shredder. The villa is in the excellent Shenandoah neighborhood, where the neighbors walk morning and night. The large pool area includes a fire pit, lawn chairs, and a terrace dining area to enjoy the cool nights in Miami. Parking for up to 3 cars is off-street and private. Pool and Landscape maintenance is included! We are happy to provide a saltwater pool and a gym for you to enjoy, but both are to be used cautiously and at your own risk. Each room is pristine and beyond any expectation we could have imagined. The outdoor space was simply magical. Incredible foliage and plant life really make the pool/patio space feel like a secluded jungle. A nice walk from Calle Ocho…there is always something unique to observe along the way.
