The room is very outdated and in need of paint. The sinks were stopped up, each time we used the bathroom sink, the kitchen sink would make a noise and then a foul smell would emerge. The umbrella we were provided for the beach was broke. We saw a cockroach crawling on our window. On the last morning of our stay, there was hammering and some kind of repairs being made on our floor, a heads up would have been considerate. I sent a text message to the property owner and still have not heard back. And finally, the customer service needs some serious work. They were rude and no one smiled! ##### Annette A.
