This is a relatively no-frills option, but getting a clean room, amazing location and dedicated beach chairs for the cost? I don’t think a better value play exists. I had a lovely stay and hope to be back soon.

This property is centrally located, modern, tastefullly decorated and clean. The staff were laid back but friendly and approachable; they attended quickly to requests for help. I had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice it was cleaned and smelled real good the room was nice but didn’t have a microwave the refrigerator wasn’t cold at all and the only other thing is no ice machine snack machine but other than that I give it a 7/10

I would definitely stay here again!! The building was updated and modern looking. The only downside was the parking situation, which I did find a garage across the building to park my car for $40 overnight, which was a great price! Overall, great place to stay that is near the beach and places to eat!

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay at. It is within walking distance to the beach and has tons of options for nearby restaurants and bars. It is very clean and modern stylish look. Room is spacious for Miami size and it was so neat. I had delays in both departure and arrival unfortunately and online agents were super helpful. There is no reception like your typical hotel. I will definitely stay at this place.

Casa Collins is a beautiful space in a great location. The space is beautifully staged and the rooms are clean and spacious. The stay included the chairs at the beach were a great add-on. The room also comes with beach towels, all the bathroom amenities and a mini fridge. Housekeeper were great as I extended my stay another night, they provided with more towels for the day. This is a boutique style hotel. Overall, I will stay here again.

Somehow our room number got changed and the entry number changed. Customer service answered immediately and issued a new entry number and on the second call gave us a new room assignment and entry code. After that the stay was fantastic.

Overall, absolutely lovely stay. The only scary part was that it seemed like everyone had the same door code so we never felt completely safe or relaxed knowing other guests could easily break in if they wanted to. Very clean, in a great location, just that one little thing.
