Perfect for long stays, business trips, or getaways. Great location, located on east little Habana and next to Brickell. This lovely apartment is located on the main floor (no stairs are needed to access this apartment, there is a ramp to access it. Ideal for post-surgery recovery). Can host up to 4 guests: 1 queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 individual beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have full suite bathrooms. You will be provided with a set of towels for each guest, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap). Big Kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, and eating utensils A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. If it's a service dog, we will need you to send us the certificate. Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions. Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD. Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. It smelled like wet dog and musty as though no A/C was on. We had to use Febreze, which I had to go out and buy, ultimately to get rid of the small. It was on the sheets and permeated the entire apartment. We still never completely got rid of the smell. 2) We found only 4 large towels; there were no hand towels or dish towels to wash/dry the dishes or shower. my wife was going through a medical procedure and needed to wash with hibiclens the night before and the morning of and there were no washcloths or hand towels.; We had to go to target to buy them. I would have brought some with me if I had known. 3) The toaster and coffee pot would not work initially and there were no coffee filters for the coffee pot. I had to go out and buy coffee filters. It took me a day to figure it out, but the GFCI must have been tripped before we got there. I rest it and everything worked after that. 4) There was no bar soap in either of the bathrooms. I had to go out and buy soap. 5) The furniture clearly was cheap and of poor quality and some of it still had the go-by-the-numbers attached to the frames. The couch was so low to the ground we could not sit on in comfortably. 6) The guest beds were so uncomfortable and of cheap quality they had springs coming out of them. They could not be used, and I had to go out and buy an areobed. ##### Steven W.
