The SUNSHINE Studio is a gorgeous apartment very well decorated, bright, clean, fully furnished & all equipped with a large POOL and DECK, located in the heart of South Beach!!! You will be able to enjoy its large POOL with deck chairs and its garden with table and chairs all around to relax and chat while taking a drink. The building is also one of the very rare Art Deco property providing a mini-gym to its guests. You will also have access to a bike station and laundry room with many washers & dryers. The property is also very safe thanks to its gates, security doors with digicode and its 24/7 video camera system. Note that everything is also included during the stay: electricity, water, cable and the Internet WIFI. PERFECT LOCATION, all the best spots in South Beach are only a few minutes away: \- 2 blocks from the BEACH and its beach walk. \- 10mn walking distance from Lincoln Road (restaurants, clubs, bars, stores and banks), \- 15mn from Ocean Drive (restaurants, clubs, stores and bars), \- 1 block from Collins Avenue with all the best hotels to enjoy their pool parties, bars and restaurants. \- 1 parking garage with hundred of spots is located at only 1 block away. The condo was well equipped and we even had access to a nice selection of beach supplies. The garden area with the beautiful foliage and statues was a nice surprise. The statues and accoutrements on the garden including the statues were perfect for meditation and chanting. Very cute space for a studio apartment, especially for the area that it’s located. Perfect location, close to most things to see and do in South Beach Area. For sole odd reason we had trouble getting thru the main front door since it wouldn’t open or u lock after buzzing the property owner to let us in. Took someone staying there to let us in. There were some beach chairs-which could be replaced and the beach towels were tiny but handy to have something. We liked the pool but really spent all our time in the ocean. The only issue we had was the slow/intermittent WiFi. Cell service was fine but running a laptop/Ipad was challenging. We stayed for 5 days. Parked in garage G12 ($20/day) if you don’t go in and out. The one-block walk from the garage was easy – crossed a pedestrian bridge at the end. Walking to the beach/boardwalk was short – crossed a different bridge. We loved this cozy stay at this lovely art deco inspired building/unit. The main takeaways for us are the amazing pool, deck area with so many awesome seating choices, super comfy lounge chairs, a curated garden and bonsai collection that is stunning! The pool area was never too crowded and we could hear chirping of birds and were able to relax a bunch out there. The building is cute and the people staying there were quiet, respectful, kind and inviting. The room is super cute! It is a studio so it is tiny, but the owners did a nice job maximizing the space. The kitchen is organized and the place feels airy and inviting. The bed was comfortable and we were obsessed with the light-up charging nightstands. We were able to comfortably cook meals here, watch TV, and relax. My favorite part is how much sunlight came in the room. The view right out the window is gorgeous and includes palm trees and a gorgeous Ficus tree that everyone who walks by appreciates. This unit is literally 2 minutes of a walk across a cute bridge and water channel and then you're right at the boardwalk/beach (24th street). We felt safe walking at all times of day in this area altogether. Tips: Check out the walkway area right next to the Gates hotel. It's like a mini botanic garden and is light up at night. Go for a stroll down Flamingo Drive and see the elites homes of MB. Publix is only a 14 or so minute walk away for like 5 minute uber.
