Parking $40/night , free Miami Beach shuttle stop nearby, minutes to South Beach. This spacious apartment is located in the remodeled historic Alexander Hotel. It has all the necessary equipment. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room space, living room and balcony. The unique setting of the building allows views both from the Ocean and the Intracoastal waterways. All the rooms have cable TV and great high speed internet which Is also available through the building. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster. Complete set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware are included. Linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets. The bathrooms includes hair dryer, amenities and an iron. Maximum occupancy of 6\. This 960 sq unit has 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens), 2 full bathrooms, lots of closet space. Washer and Dryers are available on each floors. Enjoy the hotel's amenities which include a heated pool with lots of lounging space, 2 jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna, steam room, tiki bar, coffee shop and gift shop. Watersports and boat rental options on site (additional charge). Great concierge available to give you tips and advice on where to go and what to do. Large bathrooms, 2 swimming pools and direct beach access. All the boxes checked! Free trolley to Miami Beach and Southbeach could be caught right in front of hotel to make travel easy. This is a vintage hotel so it has some wear and tear but the mosaics and chandeliers in lobby and the marble in the apartments bathroom add such charm and style. I would stay here again. It was lovely to be right on the boardwalk and the beach. Unit had two good size bedrooms with their own bathrooms and that was a pleasant part of living there. Kitchen was adequate for our purposes. The chairs at the dining table, which were counter chairs, were uncomfortable, and not suitable for very young children nor older people, especially those with physical disabilities. Pools were great and had direct access to the beach. Tiki bar was pricey but convenient to have on site. Coffee shop made getting a quick coffee and breakfast easy. If you can get it for a good price it is worth staying here. The location the the beach is perfect. But the only food options within walking distance are hotel bars. Nice area. Condo check in was very easy and the valet parking service was exceptional. I thought I was going to hate valet parking but the service was great and they gave me a weekly rate which was 25/night. Beds in condo were very comfortable, kitchen items were a bit scarce so if you are looking to do a lot of cooking this is not the place. The condo's location is great for its proximity to the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. My family & I had a restful stay. Occasionally we heard loud noises from the AC or other places in the building, but that could be expected staying in a building that size. Getting to the beach was a short walk past the pool area and across the bike path. There were chairs and umbrellas for rent at a very reasonable rate. The building also had service from the pool bar, where they would take your order and bring your drinks and food back. We mainly took Uber to get around if we wanted to go out, and never had to wait longer than 5 minutes before a car showed up. A big plus for my husband was that they have really good cable on all the TVs (which is rare in short-term rentals). He was able to catch NBA some playoff games in the evenings. ##### Michelle J.
