Abby was awesome! The beach is only a 20 minute walk. The room was modern and comfortable. Quiet area while the main road from the highway is about a 5 minute walk. Shops and restaurants are close by...

I absolutely loved staying here! The property is well maintained and the room was very clean. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Miami. The beach is about a 10 min walk away ans there are plenty of restaurants in the area. I did read a review before booking that mentioned this property is new. They offer sippers, robes, beach towels, a steamer, wifi, and just a nice clean environment to lay your head

Entire property is wonderful inside out. Everything is brand new , clean and made that you really feel comfortable . Staff was very welcoming. Location is perfect, very safe and not busy, very close to my favorite restaurants and gym, as well very close to the beach . Definitely I recommend this place and I will keep going back because this is my new favorite spot to stay in Miami

Great design touches! The woman at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. Stayed in King suite, nice size for 1 or 2 with his and hers stand alone sinks. 🚿 Was great water pressure and spacious. Furniture and coffee/tea set-up very nice. Love location, quiet and green yet just a couple of blocks from big action! No pool but didn't miss it. Nice garden for morning ☕.

Abbie was awesome. The rooms were great. This is a very small boutique hotel. There are no amenities really. The worst thing is there’s no parking on site, or anywhere even close to site. We had to park about half a mile away from our room. Other than that, this is a clean, cute updated hotel with excellent staff.

One of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Super clean, front desk receptionists were outstanding! So friendly and helpful. Room was so spacious and decor was 10/10! Nice cozy boutique hotel in great South Beach location. Some missteps inn the room- no glasses or cups, a closet that had no closing door and cleaning equipment visible. Need code to change AC room temperature- really? Lots of good, some question marks.

Amazingggg. Honestly the prettiest and most comfy hotel I've ever stayed at. Nice and quiet and in a beautiful area. Close enough to South beach but far enough to not deal with the noise and smell. I really loved all the green, wood accents and warm lighting. The bed was super comfortable and host was really friendly and accommodating. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future
