2bd Oceanfront Master Ste OceanView w/balcony, Pool, nearby dining, beach access

Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

It was what we were looking for a place to sleep with good location to go other places and still get to wake up and see the beautiful ocean. It was clean and tidy we had no major issues.

Nice place on the beach

It was a nice location and the beach had a 5k run it think on the morning of October 26, 2024. Nice place. I wish we had more time to enjoy the beach and the pool more.

This VRBO is an apartment building and even though it is an older building, it was very well maintained and spotless. The facility is run like a Hotel with a front desk, bell men and security staff. It has a very nice pool and is right on the beach front, and board walk

The pictures did not lie, everything was nice and clean and the Ocean view was amazing. I would suggest that management leave more linen being that you must request linen from the front desk by 3pm or you wont be able to get any. They should also put paper towels in the kitchen. Overall it was an amazing stay and getaway.

Great view

Watched the moon and sunrise. Could not be happier with the view off the balcony. My son lives in Miami and we spent his birthday and Thanksgiving with him on this property. Had one issue with the tv and maintenance was there within half an hour to fix it. The outside restaurant had the best empanadas

Miami Vacation

The location and stay was great. The condo was a lot older than the pictures online displayed. There wasn’t a lot of cooking essentials and other needed things to get you by for example, no paper towels or kitchen soap. When the AC starts up it is very loud. The place was very clean and the views were great. If the furniture was laid out better for you to really enjoy the view that would be a lot better.

The apartment was okay but there isn’t enough kitchen stuff except to heat in the microwave . They left garbage sit in the hallway and if you have 4 guests listed on the itinerary… you should be able to have 4 chairs on the beach. It’s just a way to nickel and dime the patrons. It is a nice location and setting but the restaurant is never open

Amazing View

First off- great location- amazing view. We enjoyed breakfast this morning at Tropical Cafe and were happy with our food and service. Bed was comfy. However, pictures are a little deceiving. While the unit was very clean, the age of the room and hotel definitely shines through throughout the property. A little TLC -whiches seems like it could be in the works- would go a long way here. With that being said- we were happy with our stay and would stay again without an issue, but I would look around before booking again.

The building location is perfect. The lobby is very nice and clean. The building hallway to check into your unit is not that clean. The sliding door on the condo does not work so you CAN'T go to the balcony. The bathrooms were outdated and the condo needed deep cleaning. I try to contact the host to get some check-in information and the host never answer me. I had to call the host number to get check-in information.

I was very disappointed with the property. Legs were falling off the couches and chairs. The carpets were stained. The chairs at the pool were old and rusty. The elevators were not even working correctly. The view of the tennis courts was a dump. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

Host was not present, you basically check in at a hotel front desk. You’re not allowed to use the main elevators for any luggage. As for the condo, talk about bare bones. Kitchen was poorly stocked, don’t plan on cooking much of anything there. The pictures on the listing are most definitely NOT the condo you will be staying in. Only redeeming qualities the beds were comfortable and you could see the beach.

The view of the beach was pleasing.It would have better with clean windows. The rooms were clean but the furniture was uncomfortable. Towels were available upon using your beach towel ticket but only one a day before 5pm. They are very rigid with the time frame. House keeping was very accommodating with furnishing us with a new frying pan and flipper and providing soap supplies, fresh towels and soap. It would be nice to have the basics condiments i. e. salt and pepper. The room was quiet. We enjoyed playing pickle ball. The pool was too cold for us. All in all good value for the money.
