2bd Oceanfront Master Ste OceanView w/balcony, Pool, nearby dining, beach access

Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Tvs didn't work, id have an umbrella if i was the hostess, parking fees kind of high.lack of utensils in the kitchen, otherwise well located, towels rools should be different.

In the pictures that looked more straight on beachfront. But the balcony was actually off to the side. The duvets had no covers on them. In the carpet that was the only carpet in the one bedroom had not been vacuumed. And there was very limited amount of cups in the cupboard.

Run down resort

Poorly maintained facilities. The view is not what is pictured. My oceanfront view was directly facing another building. The price was right but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for barely adequate this is the place. Would not stay again.
